BIND PLAN syntax

Hi,
Can someone give me the exact syntax of the SYSTSIN Card to use in a BIND JCL? I'm not using a package. I want to know what are all the parameters that have to be specified. This might be a simple question. But I tried Googling and couldn't hit with desired results.
I will be using the IKJEFT01 utility
