Hi,
I searched most of the places but couldn't find anthing which would set the abend code to zero.
It is used as ABENDCC and not RC in JCL's
One of my step abends with code U1313.
Can I set this abend code to 0 like we do for RC(return code) or CC?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks. |

an AB[normal]END as the name mildly suggests is an abnormal condition/situation
and should be handled accordingly...
not ignored/reset |

No you can't and why would you want an abended step to be treated as completing OK.
Seems to me that your application needs some serious attention before going live.
Errrrrrrrrrrrrr, it isn't live yet, is it |
