DB2 Error : REASON 00C90099 , TYPE 00000210

One job has abended giving the below error .
DSNT500I DSNUGBAC - RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE
REASON 00C90099
TYPE 00000210
NAME DB name .TB space.Partition number
DSNU017I DSNUGBAC - UTILITY DATA BASE SERVICES MEMORY EXECUTION ABENDED, REASON=X'00E40318' CAUSE=X'00C9000A'

One of the Partition has reached to its maximum limit .
Is there any way we can allocate/increase the Page/Partition limits .

Asked DBA team to alter DSSIZE but replied is not part of the Alter table space .

Can any one please help in this case .

Try to REORG the tablespace. Might Work.

Hi,

Look at the below explanation. Might be of some help to you.

Explanation: An attempt was made to load data into a partition, but the partition is full. Based on the High Key value specified in the Index for each partition, utilities instructed Data Manager to load a record into the proper partition. This required Data Manager to build a new page with a page number one higher than the last page in the partition. However, this new page is in the next partition.

This abend reason code is issued by the following CSECT: DSNILPG

System Action: The requested action is not performed.

User Response: Redefine the High Key values in the Index and retry the load.

If you receive this code during a reorganization, query the catalog to check the PCTFREE and FREEPAGE values. You might be able to decrease the amount of free space to allow the REORG utility to complete successfully.

Hi karthikaj ,

Thanks for your information . I already had look at the above from mainframe guides . But I thought might be some other easiest way can get .

Anyways I am only left with redifining my partition keys and I have done the same .
