In this statement what 145 signifies? How much space it will allocate??

At the top of the page is a link to "IBM Manuals". The info you want is in the JCL documentation.

You will save yourself a lot of time if you become familiar and comfortable with the documentation. If you find something in the documentation that is not clear, post what you found and someone will be able to clarify.
