Hi all,
The command JCLPREP is not working for my user-id. Whenever I place a PREP command in JCL command line, it gives a message ‘JCLPREP IN-USE’ and does no operations.
Whenever I place a command ‘J’ in the TSO command line, iam getting an error message as follows.
SUSPECT JCLPREP INSTALLATION ERROR. INSURE THAT JCLPREP
ISPF DATASETS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOUR USERID. ALSO
INSURE THAT SUFFICIENT SPACE EXISTS IN YOUR ISPF PROFILE
DATASET
***
please let me know the possible reason for this and how to resolve it.
Thanks

Is it working for other people?
You can only run a single instance of JCLPREP in your TSO session, so if you "split" your TSO session and run JCLPREP in one of them then, until you come out of JCLPREP on that split you can't run it in another.
It's also possible that your profile has been corrupted, so JCLPREP is fooled into thinking it's already running on another split - in which case often the easiest option is to delete the profile & re-build it.
