Hi All,
When we enter password to the mainframe log in screen,it will be invisible. Can we do the same in panels. My requirement is like 'if a user enter a data in to a panel, that shouldn't be visible.
Regards,
Bipin Peter |

The correct term is an ISPF panel, NOT a REXX panel
If you invoke the ISPF panel display from a COBOL program does it suddenly become a COBOL panel ??? I think NOT !!!
And yes, you can do that, just read the ISPF manual and all will be revealed. |

Hint: read the section on attributes in the ISPF Dialog Developers Guide and Reference. |

It has to do with this intesity. INTENS is usually set to LOW or HIGH, but an intensity of NON makes it invisible.
Code: |
¬ TYPE(INPUT) INTENS(NON) PAD(' ') JUST(LEFT) CAPS(ON)
