01 A VALUE "12".
  02 A1 PIC 9.
 02 A2 PIC 9.

01 B.
  02 A1 PIC 9.
  02 B2 PIC 9.

MOVE CORR A TO B.
DISPLAY A1 OF B.
DISPLAY B2.


Will give you 1 (for A1) and Junk data( For B2). So Move Corr will move only if the id name of the lvalue and rvalue are same.
