Hi All,
What does Posting Requirement of Job , actually mean ??
In what conditions ,we do it ?
Anything we need to take care about ,before actually doing it ?
cheers!

What do you think that it means ?
The situations in which this would be done is a site specific question which you should address to your peers as we have absolutely no knowledge of your scheduling software or the schedules defined therein. |

We use CA-7 for scheduling.
One condition where we posted requirement is:
Job A is scheduled(not triggered) after Job B & is wating for Job B .
Job A is in REQ state in CA-7 .
But Job B is already complete now & Job A is still not running.
We posted the requirement of the Job A.
I hope this helps.
Cheers!

Hi,
What part of this is not clear to you..

This says- Job A is a successor of Job B but Job A is still not triggered while Job B is already completed. |

What are the requirements for JOBA in REQ queue?
Did you check the lead time? |
