what is the significance of .zcsr? Suppose I'm using "ISREDIT (CSRDATA) = LINE .ZCSR", how is .zcsr is being used here?

.ZCSR is ISPF and not REXX

What does it say in the manual regarding this topic ?

There is a link to the manuals at the top of this and every page.

As suggested, read the manuals. Info to start with

.ZCSR is an ISPF editor label for the current cursor position. This is usually used while designing macros.
