I am trying to execute and FTP step to get a file on to mainframe using 'GET' command. But getting the following error.
530 SSL is mandatory.
EZA1735I Std Return Code = 26530, Error Code = 00002
Will be great if some one can help.
Thanks,

Seems pretty self-explanatory. You need to run SSL to get to the server you're trying to connect to and you aren't. |

Will be great if you can make it more clear using a template.
Thanks,

Hello,
You need to talk with the network support people for the mainframe to learn the "rules" for that system. If this is something others in your organization are already doing, they should be able to tell you what is needed.
We do not know your environment and other than telling you that you need to use SSL, we cannot offer much. |

You'll need to talk to your network support people -- your mainframe may not even implement SSL, in which case you will not be able to continue your FTP tests. The Communication Server configuration guide lays out what's needed to implement SSL on a mainframe, based on RFC 4217. However, only your site people can tell you how it's set up. No template can be made available to you since it's too site-dependent. |
