i need differnece between cc=yes or no

I did not get you.

my question when iam sending txt format pd f format file custmor ,he got proplem copything pdf format file.

above mention parmeter found my jcl,what is that men/

Someone created that jcl. When they did, there was reference material that described what parameters to use and what values to specify. You need to find that person or that reference material.

If some process is creating a "real" pdf file, it surely has documentation.

With no useful info to work with, my guess is thet CC=NO tells the process to exclude carriage control characters in the output.
