Y can see in 3;4 directly by giving the PS or PDS name , but Y can't modify unless and untill permission is given.
Correct me if i m wrong |

It depends on shop to shop. In some systems... some mainframe id can be given all access to some other id's. It depends on how much authority is given to a particular id. |

Hi,
I also agree with Jituitbhu. As Admins are having permission to see all datasets.
Without read/write permission you can not see personal PDS.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
