I have download a compiler(RMCOBOL) from this site.but cannot run. The info in command window is 'as' is "Open error for file:RMCBL621.OVL'.

This is because you are using the old version of RM/COBOL with new Operating System.

Please Download the batch & RunTime System Objects from:

http://www.liant.com/support/patch/
