Hii,

I know DDIO file is a VSAM file. Let me know what type of VSAM file (KSDS,ESDS...) it is?

DDIO files do not have to be VSAM; they can also be sequential. When VSAM they are ESDS.

You could have run a listcat (3.2.V ISPF Option) and answered your own question.
