CA7 taken older version in PRODUCTION run

HI,

I have made the changes and moved to PROD successfully, but the problem is when it ran it has taken the previous(old) version only.

My colleagues say.. the program might have been already in the queue, that is why it has taken the older version of it.

Is it true ?
If yes, then how much time before the program get or moves in to CA7 queue, if there are any command by which i can know that this the time it will move to the queue, we can find the runtime, submit time, lead time and all other, i was not able to find the queue time (when it moves to the queue) if you pls let know.

AFAIK CA7 has the cycle times set during which the next set of jobs to be run comes to the queue. (This may differ from shops to shops) . So if you can get hold of the timings then the closest one before the job runs will be bringing the jobs to the queue.

The program doesn't come to the queue only the job does. I am not sure your colleagues' statement on the problem mentioned. If there is a jcl change you will have to redemand the job but if there is a program change you dont have to do that and the job should automatically pick the load module from the prod library.
