what is the difference between a file close enabled and the file close disabled

When a File is CLOSED ENABLED, upon access, the file will be OPENED automatically and the file remains ENABLED.

When a File is CLOSED UNENABLED, upon access, the NOTOPEN condition will be raised and the file remains UNENABLED.

When a File is CLOSED DISABLED, upon access, the DISABLED condition will be raised and the file remains DISABLED.
