I see that you are also a graduate of 'HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE'.

dsnsqh11 is the db2 vsn 7 sql reference
dsnaph11 is the db2 vsn 7 application programmers guide.

If you don't know the answer to these questions you lack a tremendous amount of knowledge which can be best acquired by RTFM.

Definitely you can.
It can be done in Both Working-storage and Procedure Division.
