Hi,
I have a requirement to generate a report from Infoman, which should contain the details of production tickets opened till date.
Please provide me the procedure to generate it.

I think you are not putting Your query the right way - Infoman is used in Mainframes, there should be some GUI front end for generating reports..
We use "Manage Now", you must also have such a front end, "Manage Now" provides many options for such reports. Check in your shop, if you've such an application available..I might be of little help.. |

Hey,
If u want check Open Tickets that belongs u's group ,Give option 20 and hit Enter ..u will get all open Tickets.

I found this information little incomplete or I'm dumb enough to understand it.. 
Are you talking about infoman option? |
