It would probably help the forum members to know what job scheduling system you are using (CA-7, CA-Jobtrac, CA-Scheduler).

Sorry for the confusion.Iam not a member of the scheduling team and am not aware of this info.I was under the assumption that this is an option in the JCL.But it seems its a scheduler option.

Could you please confirm whether NOEXEC is a JCL option or a scheduler tool option??

Hello,

At the top of the page is a link called "IBM Manuals". Among the manuals linked are some jcl Language Reference manuals. Pick one and search for NOEXEC (use the "flashlight").
