HOw to block a user id from sending you TSO messages

Hi All,
Is there any method to block some user id to send you messages through TSO messaging ?

NO!

if a user can use the send command, then the addressee is not checked

if You on Your side disable the receiving capability You will not receive anything from anybody..

check if the messages were sent by mistake,
if they continue without any business reason work with Your manager to ..
remove the "sending" or the person
