Hello,
You need to speak with your peers or the db2 support people. They will already have "standard" load processes and your should be done the same way. |

for the topic title the question would be for a higher rank position,
but the question on how to load, show different |

Hello,
I suspect that for the interview you speak of, you could simply say what Enrico mentioned and if asked about the actual load, you tell them that you would run a batch job to load the data into db2 following whatever were the site standards for loading data. |
