A high-profile job - this requires the business analyst to travel across Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway) on a regular basis - implementing revised processes & systems. It is expected that the candidate would be familiar with the standard SDLC and would pick up the Bank Development Model (SDLC) nuances within a matter of weeks (2 week training program in place) as this will help in the day-to-day job activities. HIGH interaction is expected with end-users from different countries - hence communication skills (oral & written) should be excellent. Prior experience in Banking industry & in process modelling is a MUST.
