Can some please provide additional information on the DMS utility. I came across it in some of the JCLS in our system.

It does open at my site, might be you are not allowed to open pdf file in office via internet..  |

when the simplest and fasted thing to do is ask Your support
also Your shop should have all the documentation readily available |
