Normally in online we can design the screen max of 24*80. But in my current organization I am seeing that its 27*132.

Till now I am thinking that we can use max of 24*80. How it will vary from one system to another system?

Regards,
Rathna.

At the very least, the SIZE keyword on your BMS Macro "DFHMDI" would need to be adjusted, because it's normally defined as SIZE=(024,080).

ALTSCREEN(rows,columns)
specifies the 3270 screen size to be used for a transaction that has an alternate screen size specified in its profile definition. The values that can be specified are:
A 3278-5 has an alternate Screen Size of (27,132)

To tell you the truth, I've never used this KEYWORD for any type of ScreenSize overrride. icon_neutral.gif

I guess I've lead a sheltered CICS life icon_question.gif
