Call statement changes in IMSDB

Could you please suggest if i added some more calls in my Call statement.
i need to changes in any other areas exactly(Impacted areas)....

Hi,

It depends on the CALL you are making.

If you are inserting a NEW SEGMENT in to DB u must take care of other program using the same DB record, provided the other program also indeed of updated new segment.

Hi Samba,

Why you worry about PSB and DBD, IMS DBA will take care of it, with new PSB, PCB and DBD.

for your question changes will be there in case of new segment insertion or deletion or replacing.

PCB's will be there according to your requirqment to access the data base,
so new PCB's will be there.

Many here would love to help you. At this point, I am sitting here trying to figure out what you need. Your initial question asking for help could apply to a multitude of situations. We need to be able to determine exactly what you want to do. Are you just interested in changing your CALL statement? To do what? Please read the following link.
