I am new to IMS. could you please provide the following info
why to make ims databases offline before submitting jobs? by /DBR command?
Basically i need to know about the concepts of IMS online & IMS offline
what activities will go on when the database is offline & when it is online
could anyone help me in this

If you go to the IMS link on the Home page, there is a "Sticky" called "Where can you find information about IMS DB/DC ".
You might read some of what is available in that documentation. |
