I am new to mainframe world.But I know little basic things.
What all important things one should know to be in mainframe market....
eg:which tools,...etc..
what is outdated...
what is most used one...?

The tools you use depend entirely on the shop you work in.
Attitude and willingness to try before asking is a big plus, because that way you learn for yourself and do not rely on others. |

As you are new to the world of mainframes, you dont have any other option other than doing what your company wants you to do.
First get used to the mainframes and then you can start learning new things. There is a big list of tools/stuffs to be
known in mainframes. |
