Guys is there any command which can nullify the effect of last command given means as if i give f a, then all the words having a will be highlighten( pls note that i have opened the file in update mode). Now i want to get back means not highlight those words , then is there any way without using next command............. means i want my rest position i.e no command there on screen |

Your request is not very clear, but You could try ...
"RESET" ...
"UNDO" to undo the changes done in edit/view since the last enter
use PF1/HELP to find out the parameters for each command |

Gnanas' tip is a good one, but be sure to check if recovery is on.
When in edit for the member enter PROF in the cmd line. It must say "recovery on", if not enter RECOV ON;LOCK;RES in the cmd line.
Then you can use UNDO. |

While modifying any changes in source or any updation, u can type CAN command on command line to undo all the changes u made since last save. |
