hi,
we can find that the table whether it is used for the fiirst time or not by seeing the log details.
This answer is my guess.

Nataraj Dont mistake me.... english is a very funny language, so be sure that whatever you are trying to write is Gramatically correct, coz what you were trying to say may totally differ when you write it down.
