Can anyone let me know how to design mapping for loading data from oracle database into VSAM files. |

Hello,
First, extract the oracle data into sequential files.
Second, decide which indexes are needed for the vsam files.
Next, use idcams to define the new vsam files and required indexes.
Then load the extracted data into the new vsam files.
If this is not what you are looking for, please clarify. |

Hi ,
How to Extract Oracle data into Seq file? Yoy are correct but i want to know the utilities and is there any other way to Load the data give me some small example i am .
Could you kindly advise. We need this urgently for Sreenadh to start The work.
Appreciate all your help.

Unload the table to text file and then load it to Mainframes.
When I googled with for your requirement, I got many utilities. 
Please check with your support team for clear idea. |
