Suppose in Test/Development environment someone deletes whole/partial data from table, before taking backup. How to recover that data.

Recovery is difficult without Image Copy.

There are some options to do that,

Recover to Previous Quiesce Point if any.
Generate the Undo SQL by analyzing the Log...
