Hi all,
Is there any unzip tool while unzipping a file without converting local convention ?
That file zipped in unix and will be unzipped in windows system. End of line (LF) of unix file should not be converted CRLF in windows during the unzip operation.
Thanks in advance,
Huseyin
You had another thread going on with the same arguments,
and You got some reasonable answers
why start a new thread
anyway if Your unzip does not have an option to preserve line endings
You can always search the net for the dos2unix and unix2dos line end conversion utilities
Hi Enrico,
You are right.
I am just looking for the easiest and simple way to do so. Then I am going decide which way is more efficient, helpful and unrisky for the operation.
Thanks in advance.

Again, as far as I know, any commercial PKZIP/PUNZIP product offers the ability to specify how inter-record-separators (IRS's), end-of-line (EOL) and end-of-file (EOF) markers are to be handled.
Hi Enrico,
I mean I am looking for the best solution from what you provided or what I have. And all your comments have been contributing my decision.
Thank you again.
