Hi Friends,

When I am browsing file through File-Aid, a message 'FILE AID ERROR' is displayed on the top right corner. Each time when this error occurs I need to logoff and login again.
Is there any way to solve this? And can any body specify why this error occurs?

Thanks icon_smile.gif

Hello,

When this happens again, try F1. Maybe some additional diagnostic info will be shown.

Are you dong the same thing each time this happens or are there multiple ways to create this error.

You might want to make a list of what you were doing each time this happens.

Hi,

I also used to get the same error whenever I had opened 5 or 6 screens along with SPUFI session.

I used to close other File-Aid session and SPUFI session and could enter into File-Aid.

I too agree with KSK.Whenever 5 to 8 screens are opened and if are trying to browse a file containing more data then used to get "File Aid error".I think there might be some settings that needs to be changed. Can anyone through some lite on this..

Are you always browsing the same file? The same type of file (i.e. vsam, qsam, pds, etc)?
