Checking an packed decimal field thru sort

I have a packed decimal field( S9(9)V9(2) comp3 ) in my input file starting from 10th position.. In my output file, i need all records which have packed decimal field GE 100.

INCLUDE=(10,6,PD,GE,100)..Will this satisfy my above requirements?
