Have you tried it yourself ?
It would probably have been faster for you to type TSO DSC than it was to post this thread. |

a quck and dirty google search on "TSO DSC COMMAND" gave many hints
about being a command/subcommand of the IBM "File Manager" product
with the almost obvious meaning of .... Data Set Copy |
