Can we append data to an Existing VSAM using IDCAMS REPRO? If possible what will be the REPRO Card?

What type of VSAM file are you referring to? KSDS, ESDS, or RRDS?

Got it.
We can use the following REPRO card:
REPRO INFILE(FILEIN) OUTFILE(FILEOUT) NOREPLACE
