In my profile previous commands seem to be executing during screen transitions.
Ex:
1>I open a new screen using START 3.4
2>Now there are 2 screens.
3>I do F9-->The other screen opens-->It has START 3.4 on the command line from the previous operation.

I checked the KEYS option to see if there was something I could find but did not find anything.
Is there any option to disable this feature.

You might give "START;3.4 a try, but there might be a timing problem. If so, try START <enter> then 3.4 <enter>.
