Here is the information

-327 THE ROW CANNOT BE INSERTED BECAUSE IT IS OUTSIDE THE BOUND OF THE PARTITION RANGE FOR THE LAST PARTITION

Explanation: When a row is inserted, the calculated partition key value
for the new row must be within the bounds of a partition (as specified in
the VALUES clause of the CREATE INDEX statement).

System Action: The statement cannot be executed.

Programmer Response: Correct the statement to specify a value for the
partition key that is within the bounds of the last partition of the
partitioned table space.

SQLSTATE: 22525

When you have a question like this, you will usually get a much quicker answer by looking in the SQL Messages which is linked to via the "Manuals" link at the top of the page.

You were lucky that a reply was posted in 1/2 an hour - often it is much longer and if it is something you are focused on, you can save yourself time.
