Hi all,

Today when i try to logon to my cics region i am getting the error message

DFHCE3588 you are already on at another terminal, signnon cannot be performed

earlier i was able to access this region,
can some one plz let me know the how to proceed from him

I have few queries, plz help me
1. how to know the user already enterd in cics
2. how to purge,kill,cancel an user already entered

search the internet for DFHCE3588 and talk to you systems programmer
