Difference between CICS v 2.3 and CICS v 3.3

hi ,

I would like to know what are the difference between CICS version 2.3 and CICS version 3.3.

what are the major enchancements in 3.3

Also can anyone provide me any related reference materials on the same

There never was a 2.3 MVS version. The last MVS version 2 version was CICS/MVS 2.1.2, which was just prior to ESA. There was an MVS 3.3.0 version (CICS/ESA) but that's been out of support for quite sometime, along with its predecessor's 3.2.1 and 3.1.1 along with its successor, CICS/ESA 4.1.0.

CICS/TS 1.1 through CICS/TS 3.2 are the latest and greatest in z/OS (MVS) environments.

Are you in a VSE shop by chance?
