JES3 for scheduling jobs like CA-7

Hi!

My understanding is that JES3 manages/controls JOBs and is not used for scheduling like CA-7. Does anyone know if JES3 is used for scheduling jobs like CA-7?

JES3 is a different flavor of JES2. It is not a scheduler like CA-7
