Try to find 'IGYCDOPT' module in your site. It contains all installation defined ( Now it's default to your site) options.

If it's not possible, Compile a Program without any specific options and check your source listing to find all default compiler options. ( In Spool, display SYSPRINT dataset after the compilation)
