Hi
We have a problem with a big PDS (RACF protected) and ADRDSSU
COMPRESS INCL(xxx) DDNAME(DD2) ADMIN
IEB142I CAN NOT CONTINUE TO BUILD CTLTAB -- INCREASE WORK VALUE IN PARM FIELD
It's OK with IEBCOPY and PARM='WORK=12M' but we have a S913 when TWS start the JOB.
How execute ADRDSSU whith 'WORK=12M' (or quivalent ) ? |

I would stick to IEBCOPY to do the compress, using DFdss to do a pre compress backup.
As for the S913, then you will need to talk to your security people to allow TWS to access the dataset at the required level. |

No the PDS must be protected.
And the only way to make the COMPRESS is ADRDSSU with parm ADMIN.
How to increase the value "WORK" in ADRDSSU
