Hi,
In the client mainframe that I am working on, two programs are being used PSUTDUMP and PSUTEOF. I am unable to find any help with respect to these programs.
Could anyone let me know if these programs are IBM supplied programs or are these system specific programs?

These appear to be Sharware/Freeware utility programs. I found this entry in the CBT Tape (http://www.cbttape.org) file description:
Quote: |
FILE 132 IS FROM FIRST NATIONWIDE BANK OF DALY CITY, CA
THIS FILE CONTAINS SEVERAL UTILITIES FROM MR
GEORGE L. RAMAS. THIS FILE IS IN IEBUPDTE SYSIN
FORMAT.
...
C. PSUTDUMP THIS UTILITY IS A SUPER IEBGENER.
IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO HAVE UP TO 99 INPUTS
AND 99 OUTPUTS.
...

I don't see anything described for PSUTEOF, but I'd be willing to bet that it's a variation of the old utility program that places an END-OF-FILE (EOF) mark at the end of a given dataset. |

That sounds like you have information, what is your fear about sharing it? |
