Good Sugestions Ankur. But all the facilities you have specified are already implemented and in process.
Why not you send a PM to admin instead of posting your guidelines to public. |

| I didnt find many of them implemented. Hence the suggestions. Also the main reason for posting this in public was to make the people more responsible before posting their queries. I think that this is not the sole responsibility of the admin but all of us - query posters, experts & moderators to ensure the process goes on efficiently & qualitatively. |
