For the Team lead position we need people with experience working as a Team Lead handling several technical people, both applications developers and business analysts in a very large mainframe environment.
For the Manager position we need people with strong management experience managing 15-20 developers and Team Leads.
This is a full time position with one of the biggest Health Insurance companies in the US.
They have the biggest mainframe environment of the country and are looking for people are not afraid to challenge.
