How to add/concatenate my own dataset to these DDNAME's ISPTLIB & ISPTABL ? Tell me the command for the same ?

I haven't got any useful information from the command or the link u have mentioned. please give some sample coding...

Use the ISPF EDIT Model for LIBDEF for your language of choice.
