a tape file is an ordinary PS ( Physical sequential ) dataset...
if You need to interactively browse it You should submit a batch job to copy it
to disk, and use ISPF browse...
to copy a PS To a PS You can use utilities like
IEBGENER, IDCAMS
or to have a printout ( hex dump format ) You can submit an IDCAMS print job
or use any other utility for such a task available at Your location
( ask the support group ) |

for this you need to use mainframe utilities like IEBGENER or SORT
and copy those files in to Disk
then only you can see those files |
