Can we use ISPF Tables to store application data?

I wanted to use ISPF tables to store data (obtained from Panel Entry). Also, can any one explain me in detail ?
1) Creating ISPF Table
2) Retrieving data from ISPF Table using some key
3) Deleting data in ISPF Table

Yes, you can.

Take a look at the ISPF developers guide and all will be revealed.
