Hi! I tried to read my DASD from DITTO\Browse data\physical disk data
But every time I get this message: DIT03301 not authorized for DB. I even connected to the system by SYSADM and still I get the same message. Is there anything wrong with my attributes? please help me. |

Hello Chillybilly and welcome to the forums,

Mainframes do not have system administrators in the same sense as a unix or win-based system.
I'd suggest you talk with your system support people or the security people. If they cannot tell you exactly what is wrong, they may be able to point you to the documentation.
While we have many manuals available via the "Manuals" link, DITTO does not appear to be one of them. Maybe it will be added someday. . .
What command(s) are failing? Are you able to run anything successfully using DITTO? Many sites restrict any use of DITTO. |
